This champagne is estate bottled, a blend of Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, and Merlot. It's left on the grape skins during fermentation for more color and flavor. This champagne is designed for the holidays from Thanksgiving through Christmas and drinks well with all holiday foods from turkey to beef Wellington, salmon, and holiday appetizers.
