John Michael Champagne Cellars

This champagne represents the old school of champagne production. It's made with three clones of red Pinot Noir and three white Pinot clones: Pinot Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. It is bottled fermented, laid down for four years and finished with a 12 year old pot stilled Cognac. This cuvee won a Silver Medal at the Pacific Northwest Wine Summit in 2008. All champagnes are Brut and hand-crafted,bottle fermented and handled 65 times through processing to produce a great champagne.
